Enjoy a 4-week block of live pilates with experienced Pilates Instructor and Running Coach Maree Leith. This are ‘live’ zoom sessions but are recorded and sent to you if you can’t make a time/day.

Get consistent strength work with pilates and build a strong base for running.

All levels are welcome as we start each block by going over the principles of pilates and technique. Options are offered in each session so that you can work at your own ability.

The sessions are twice a week at 6am-6.30am on Tuesdays and Fridays. Including a variation of pilates including balance work, mobility, stretching and strength. Once you sign up a health form will be emailed out to you so that Maree can check your past issues and current ability. *Any questions you have in the meantime please message me.

Equipment needed: Mat (optional) and Band - exercise or physio stretchy band. IN THIS BLOCK WE WORK WITH A SOFT PILATES BALL - SEE LINK FOR EXAMPLE
